1. Introduction
This policy outlines the rules and procedures governing refunds related to Aydapay's services. By using our services, you agree to this policy. If you disagree with the terms, please refrain from using our services.
Aydapay is a licensed payment institution registered in Poland:

2. Refund Eligibility
Users are eligible to request a refund in the following cases:
- If the transaction was processed in error, such as incorrect recipient details.
- If the transaction was not completed due to technical or administrative issues on Aydapay's side.
- In cases of a clear violation of the terms and conditions by the company.
3. Refund Terms and Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted by the account holder associated with the transaction.
- Users are responsible for all fees imposed by banks or agents during the refund process.
- If the transaction was successfully processed and confirmed by the client, the refund request will be subject to the final decision of the bank or agent handling the transaction, and all associated fees will be borne by the client.
- Administrative or banking fees charged during the initial transaction will not be refunded.
- Approved refund requests may take up to 15 business days to process.
4. Submitting a Refund Request
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a request via email to help@aydapay.com, including the following details:
- User's name.
- Account or transaction number.
- Transaction date.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Users may be required to provide additional documentation to support their request.
5. Refund Limitations
- Transactions successfully completed to the intended recipients with no errors on Aydapay's part are not eligible for a refund.
- Requests may be denied if there is evidence of a violation of the terms and conditions by the user.
- Funds transferred to a third party with correct details are the user's responsibility and cannot be refunded.
- The final decision on refund requests depends on the bank or agent processing the transaction.
6. Refund Processing
- All refund requests will be reviewed by Aydapay's team within 5 business days of receiving the request.
- If approved, the refunded amount will be credited to the same account used for the initial transaction, minus any applicable banking or agent fees.
7. Additional Fees
- Users are responsible for any fees imposed by banks or agents during refund processing.
- Fees incurred during the original transaction or during the refund process will not be reimbursed.
8. Force Majeure
Aydapay is not liable for delays or failures in refund processing caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, technical issues, or government regulations.
